Users are the staff members (your employees). We can configure users and assign them group (manager groups and permissions in settings), biller and warehouse/store as per your requirement.

Billers can sell/quote/invoice your customers means you can assign any of these to your staff so that all of their sales will be under controlled for the assigned stores/organizations.
You can add customers with a name or can even bill a random walk-in- customer without adding much customer records...
Suppliers are the vendors / supplying companies, the companies you buy your stock/items from. You can add Suppliers with GST/VAT details.
You can add products with images, MRP, rates, taxes, unit, product code, weight and racks. Also can have a special discount during any particular sale with a start and end date.
Through a per-defined template, you can import the product lists from CSV.
EXPIRY & QUANTITY ALERT
It gives you an expiry alert if any product is going to expire. Also, give quantity alert to stay updated whenever you are short of stock so that you can get it refilled before it goes to zero.
This feature will help you to manage the damage and other issues with your stock. So you can easily adjust the quantities.
The stock count is the physical verification of the quantities and condition of items held in an inventory or warehouse. The stock count may be performed as an intensive annual end of year procedure or may be done continuously by means of a cycle count.
PRINT BARCODE/ LABELS
You can select any products to print barcode/label as desired. You can choose any page styles and print with any desktop printer then Simply stick on your product.
Sales is just a click away. Add a product with a product code, name or just scan the barcode and product will get added in the order list with quantity purchased.
To record the payment for the sale, just click on the payment, choose the payment mode(Cash/cheque/Debit-Credit Cards) and record the payment. If paying cash, it will also share the ‘change’ to be given back to the customer.
POS is printer ready with any of the paper size. It's up to you, you want to do A4 invoice print or thermal size print. Also, you can send the invoice over email to the customer or just download a pdf.
Sometimes it happens you are getting an invoice ready and suddenly customer asks for more products and simultaneously other customer waiting, in such case you can hold the previous invoice and get the invoice done of the second customer.
If you have a delivery facility then you can also add delivery details and charges for the particular invoice.
You can manage the return invoices easily and get the stock updated accordingly.
You can create any quotation & even sent directly to the customer . Once completed, the quotation can automatically be converted in the invoice.
You can create various customer groups so that you can sell them with an additional discount or even on additional price. It will get automatically applied during the sale.
Now you can manage the dues of the customer with different statuses like pending, partial payments done, dues or if completely paid order statuses.
Purchases (Inventories) to update the stock of your products. Adding purchase will automatically increase the product quantity in the selected warehouse.
You can manage your loyal customers with a gift card functionality for special discounts and offers.
It happens that you have not added the purchases but you have the stock. Then also you can add sales. Later once the purchase added, it will automatically adjust the same. If you don’t want, you can stop negative sales too.
If you have multiple warehouses/stores, you might need to transfer/move an item from one to another. This module will help to manage these tasks.
If you have other then one store then this system can configure as your centralized billing & inventory system.
GST/VAT TAX READY
Our billing system is GST/VAT Tax Ready. So that you can easily manage your taxation at the last of every month with taxation type IGST, CGST, SGST etc. It will automatically calculate the type depending on the customer state.
