- All subscription fees, one-time purchases, and service payments are non-refundable.
- Once a user subscribes to or purchases any SaaS product or service, no refund will be provided, including cases of non-usage, early termination, or change of business needs.
- We do not provide refunds for subscription renewals, so users are encouraged to cancel their subscriptions before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue.
2. No Cancellation Policy
- Once a subscription is activated, it cannot be canceled or reversed for a refund.
- Users may choose to stop using the service, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
- For custom software development or website development services, payments made towards project initiation, milestones, or final delivery are non-refundable.
3. Subscription Termination
- Users can cancel their auto-renewal subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
- Canceling a subscription will only prevent future charges; users will retain access to the service until the end of their current billing period.
- Failure to pay for a renewal may result in service suspension or account deactivation.
4. Exceptions
- The only exceptions to this policy are if Pursho.com discontinues the service permanently or is unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to technical reasons beyond our control. In such cases, an alternative resolution may be offered at our discretion.
